A Gastronomic Tour of the South of France
during harvest and crush:

We will explore the voluptuous culinary landscape of the Rhone Valley, Provence and the Cote D'Azure. Our journey will stir and awaken you to the wealth of the Southern French terroir that makes the food and wine of this place so alluring and celebrated ever since the time of Romans. From a morning discovery of a village open-air market filled with colorful flowers, locally grown produce, hand foraged wild herbs, and artisanal cheeses and breads, to a leisurely lunch indulging in our finds in the midst of the sun-baked landscape; from walking the famous glacier-scoured stone vineyards of Chateaunef-du-Pape to tasting the long lived earthy, rich and spicy wines of this historic Papal Appellation, this is but a glimpse of what you will discover on our voyage.
